Before the Call
You fill out our intake form (takes about 2 minutes). It asks about your business, your current tools, and where your time goes. This gives us a head start so we don't waste your 30 minutes on background questions.
The First 10 Minutes
We ask you to walk us through a typical day. Not the ideal day. The real one. Where does your morning go? What tasks eat your afternoon? What do you dread doing every week?
Most business owners have never actually mapped this out. The act of describing it to someone else usually surfaces surprises. "I didn't realize I spend 6 hours a week on email" is a common reaction.
The Middle 10 Minutes
This is where it gets interesting. We take your biggest time sinks and show you, live, how AI handles them. Not in theory. We open Claude or ChatGPT on screen share and run your actual scenario.

The Last 10 Minutes
